Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the trip are eligible for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us on WhatsApp to cancel.

Yes. We share driver name, contact number and vehicle number 2 hours before your trip via WhatsApp. You can also track the driver on the day of the trip.

Yes. Changes to pickup time, date or route can be made via WhatsApp. We try to accommodate all changes subject to driver availability.

Yes. We pick up from all Delhi NCR locations — IGI Airport, New Delhi Railway Station, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad — and from Chandigarh city and Chandigarh Airport. Fixed price ₹3,500 to Dehradun from both cities.

Yes. All our drivers are local pahadi residents who have driven Uttarakhand mountain routes for years. They know every road condition, shortcut, rest stop and temple timing.

All our vehicles are fully air conditioned. However, AC does not function efficiently on steep mountain gradients and high altitudes — this is standard across all vehicles and operators in Uttarakhand. On plains and lower altitudes, AC works normally. We always inform customers of this upfront.

Yes. You can make stops during the journey for food, sightseeing or rest. For outstation trips, additional stops on the planned route are accommodated at no extra charge.

Yes. We are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Early morning airport pickups, late night arrivals — we are always available.

We offer Sedan (Dzire/Baleno — 4+1), Ertiga (6+1), Innova Crysta (6+1) and Tempo Traveller (12+1). All vehicles are well maintained, AC and GPS equipped.

Innova Crysta is most popular for Char Dham Yatra — comfortable seats, good ground clearance for mountain roads and reliable AC. For groups of 7-12, Tempo Traveller is recommended.

Sedan can carry 2-3 medium bags, Ertiga 3-4 bags, Innova Crysta 4-5 bags and Tempo Traveller 8-10 bags. For large groups with heavy luggage, we recommend Tempo Traveller.

Child seats can be arranged on request. Please mention when booking via WhatsApp and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Char Dham Yatra 2026 opens in April-May. Yamunotri and Gangotri open on Akshaya Tritiya. Kedarnath and Badrinath open a few days later. Season closes in October-November.

May-June and September-October are the best months for Char Dham Yatra. July-August has monsoon which can cause road disruptions. April-May and October-November have pleasant weather.

Yes. Taxi is the most comfortable mode for senior citizens. Our drivers assist with luggage and know the best accessible routes. For Kedarnath, helicopter or pony service is available separately.

Carry warm clothes (even in summer — cold at high altitude), comfortable walking shoes, medicines, ID proof, Yatra registration and some cash. Our drivers will guide you with local advice.

Helicopter booking for Kedarnath is a separate service managed by the government. Our taxi will drop you at the helipad. We can guide you on helicopter booking process.

A minimum of 10 days is required for a comfortable Char Dham Yatra from Haridwar or Rishikesh. From Delhi or Chandigarh, plan for 12 days. Rushing into fewer days is not recommended for seniors or families. The circuit covers Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath.

Yes. Char Dham Yatra registration is compulsory for all pilgrims. Registration is completely free at registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in. Without valid registration, entry to temples like Kedarnath and Badrinath may not be permitted. More than 1.26 lakh pilgrims registered on the first day of 2026 registration.
